Ticketing: New Website Integration, New Possibilities
Selling tickets for your events can be done with various ticketing systems. Connecting online ticket sales to your website ensures a nearly seamless customer journey and ultimately high conversions. With our extensive experience in the cultural sector, we know many ticketing systems inside out and actively contribute to implementing new options and versions. We’re excited to tell you more about the latest development: Stager’s new ‘push’ feed!

New Feed, New Integration
Just like websites, ticketing systems continue to evolve. New features are introduced, and sometimes an entirely new version is developed. To fully leverage all new possibilities, your website needs to be adapted accordingly.
Stager has developed a new push feed because their old feed was outdated. Want to keep selling tickets with Stager? Then it’s time to take action!
What Ticketing Solutions Are Available for the Cultural Sector?
We integrate various online ticketing systems into websites, including Ticketmatic, Ticketworks, Stager, ActiveTickets, LVP/Ovatic/My Cloud Cinema. We connect the CMS and website to the ticketing providers’ APIs to enable seamless purchasing, management, and validation of tickets for events or services.

Stager push feed – What’s new?
The great thing about a new version is that long-awaited features are often included. With the new Stager feed, ticket information is sent to the website faster, and more information is available. Updates are processed almost instantly (in real-time) within the CMS, allowing you to immediately enhance your event listings.
The number of available tickets can now be displayed, along with a note on whether tickets are still available at the door. Another new feature is the ability to add a lineup to your program, perfect for festivals or supporting acts.
Step-by-Step Guide
Where do you start with such an extensive update?
- New Integration
For the Stager integration, the old ticketing feed will go offline in mid-2025 (according to Stager). If you want to continue selling tickets via Stager on your website, action is required. The first step is to reconnect your website. Your visitors won’t notice much of this, but significant technical adjustments need to be made on the backend. - Adding New Features
Want to use the new features as well? Then additional steps are required.
Our designers will help optimize the user interface for a smooth customer journey, such as enhancing the ticket button with options like “Last Tickets Available.” The development team will then implement these features by linking them to available ticket data.
