With our ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications, we haven’t changed our way of working, but refined it and had it independently assessed. This intensive process over the past year has mainly shown us that we already had many things well organized, but not always explicitly and structurally. The ISO framework has helped us strengthen this further. As a result, we can now make our sense of responsibility structural and demonstrable for ourselves and for our clients.

• retain data only as long as necessary, and require the same from suppliers and clients;
• explicitly measure quality and customer satisfaction and actively learn from feedback;
• periodically assess suppliers on quality, security, and privacy;
• further strengthened access management and review it regularly;
• systematically have it verified that we deliver on our promises;
• actively contribute to a healthy working environment, with additional attention to the mental and physical well-being of our employees, alongside our existing risk inventory and evaluation.

ISO is therefore not an end goal, but a confirmation and reinforcement of how we take responsibility and how seriously we approach responsible business practices.
